About me
At the heart of everything I do are a few simple values: to live with energy, passion, and compassion — and to help others explore what might be possible for them.
Adventure as a way of life
My journey continues at the intersection of business, adventure, and community. Whether building companies, taking on expeditions, or mentoring others, I’m driven by curiosity and the desire to make a positive impact.
Having once been supported by The King’s Trust and the Imps, I founded my Charity Fund to help young people and strengthen local communities — continuing the cycle of opportunity that shaped my own life.
Through my books, Unsexy Business and The Dyslexic Edge, I’ve shared the realities of entrepreneurship and the strengths of neurodiverse thinking — showing that success comes as much from self-awareness as from ambition..
I began mentoring entrepreneurs around the world while continuing to embrace adventure — through expeditions, training, and experiences that keep me learning and growing.
I’ve founded, grown, and sold multiple companies over the years, learning valuable lessons about leadership, risk, and resilience. Each venture has been a chance to create something meaningful while learning more about myself.
I left school at 16 to start my first business — a path built not on privilege, but on hard work, persistence, and belief that where you start doesn’t have to define where you end up.
A life built on business, adventure and purpose
I’ve been fortunate to build a life shaped by business, adventure, and community. My entrepreneurial journey began at 16, when I left school and started my first company. Since then, I’ve gone on to start, grow, and sell businesses, while continuing to lead and invest in others around the world.
Outside of business, adventure has always been a driving force. From expeditions to training in CrossFit and Jiu Jitsu, I’m drawn to challenges that build resilience and inspire growth. Writing has also become part of that journey, through my books Unsexy Business and The Dyslexic Edge (2024), which explore the realities of entrepreneurship and the power of thinking differently.
Philanthropy is deeply personal to me. As a disadvantaged child, I was supported by the Imps Motorcycle Display Team and The Prince’s Trust (now The King’s Trust). Their belief in me helped change the course of my life. Giving back has since become a lifelong commitment — through the Jamie Waller Foundation and a four-year term as Chair of The King’s Trust Enterprise Network, helping others find opportunity and confidence in their own journeys.

I find purpose in embracing adventure, discipline, and resilience — always pushing personal and professional boundaries to grow.

Challenge & grow
Through sport, exploration, and endurance, I keep learning that real progress comes from stepping beyond what feels comfortable.
